One of the surfaces must be porous.
If both surfaces are non-porous use EVO-STIK Serious Stuff Where EVO-STIK Liquid Nails Solvented is used externally it must be protected from driving rain, ponding water or permanently wet situations.
This can be achieved by using a suitable silicone sealant. EVO-STIK Liquid Nails Solvented will not bond Polythene, Polypropylene, Polyethylene plastics, Teflon (PTFE) or silicone rubber.
Do not use EVO-STIK Liquid Nails Solvented in contact with bitumen.
It is not suitable for use on solvent sensitive surfaces such as expanded polystyrene, and cellulose paint, etc.
EVO-STIK Liquid Nails Solvented may not be suitable for certain types of structural work
