• We publish a catalogue and receive enquiries. No price is displayed and no payment is taken on this website.
• Every transaction is concluded on a written quotation and an order confirmation, which together record the goods, the price, the delivery basis and the payment terms.
• You can review and correct an enquiry before sending it, and you can ask us to correct or withdraw a quotation at any time before you place an order.
• We keep a record of quotations and orders and will provide you with a copy on request.

3. Complaints and disputes

Please raise any complaint with us first, at info@xpsuppliers.co.za. We will acknowledge it and tell you who is handling it.

If we cannot resolve it between us, a dispute may be referred to mediation or to the courts of South Africa. Where the Consumer Protection Act applies to you, you may also approach the National Consumer Commission or an accredited consumer-goods ombud.
