Manufactured from carbon steel, hardened, tempered, ground cutting edges and black etch coat finished. Durable polypropylene carbon steel, hardened, tempered, ground cutting edges and black etch coat finished. Durable polypropylene handle moulded directly onto blade or short wooden handles securely riveted to the blade. Left handed knives and special bends available on request, subject to minimum runs.
